Sweat Problems

Sweating is a universal problem that affects every human being on the planet. What sets people apart with their sweat problems is not a class distinction or a race distinction, but how different peoples of all castes and creeds handles the same universal problem.

Start from the bottom of the sweat problems pyramid, you'll find the person who just doesn't give a hoot that he may have sweat problems. He goes through the day not being bothered by the sweat pouring off his brow, and although he may not bathe as often as he should, he is comfortable in his own skin.

On the other side of the same coin, you have someone who is comfortable with the idea that sweat is a natural occurrence and still maintains his daily schedule while sweating excessively. There is a difference between this man and the one mentioned just above.

The first may go for days without contact with clean bathing water, the second person knows that at the end of the day, all his sweat problems will be a thing of the past when he has a good hot shower. This person is also comfortable with himself.

Next up the ladder, is the person who prefers to sweat not too profusely, but takes it in stride when it happens occasionally, being a natural phenomenon and all that. He has his sweat problems under control with a regular hygiene ritual and the use of deodorants or antiperspirants.

And then we have the next category which is defined by the person who will not allow themselves to sweat, no matter what, and is horrified if even one drop of sweat lands on their clothes. This person tries to kill any sweat problems he may have, and tends to smother himself in deodorants, antiperspirants, and perfumes.

The last category of people are those that accept that sweating is a part of life and they deal with their sweat problems on a natural level-----getting into the groove of new-age methods and green. They take their sweating problems in stride, and accept it even when their clothes begin to take on a sweat stained appearance.

They prefer to keep things fresh, and will sweat, but will not smell of their sweat. They have a daily hygiene ritual which is supplemented with essential oils, crystal rocks, and other natural deodorants.

As you can see there are a number of different ways in which different people deal with their sweat problems. Which one do you fall into?
