Sweating Problem
Those people who have a sweating problem, find that their lives revolve around it. Most of the time, when you think of a sweating problem you would think of excessive sweating, but the reverse of this situation can also be true and considered a sweating problem and that is suffering from a lack of sweating.
Most people who suffer from excessive sweating would probably wonder how something like a lack of sweating could be a problem, but it definitely is. Both excessive sweating and lack of sweating are considered health conditions... excessive sweating is known a hyperhidrosis, and lack of sweating is known as anihidrosis.
Your best recourse if you are suffering from either of these conditions, is to first check with a doctor as soon as you can to seek help for your condition. This carries a lot more weight if your sweating problem has just recently started. Both of these types of sweating problem can point to an underlying medical condition, and you should follow all steps and precautions to rule out all possibilities.
Don't think that a sweating problem has to be linked to an underlying medical condition. It could be caused by any number of other reasons that are perfectly harmless such as being a genetic trait in your family. Not everyone is the same nor do they sweat in the same manner, so the trait of a sweating problem could have been passed down the family tree many times.
Hormonal activity can also be to blame. Here comes puberty with all its trappings, and a sweating problem like excessive sweating can start up then just from the changes in hormones. It doesn't have to be just puberty either but whenever hormones are changing patterns and settling down, like in later life and menopause for a woman.
Sometimes, a person can wing it through puberty without a blemish on their face missing the acne card altogether only to find that when they hit adulthood, they start breaking out like no tomorrow. Bodily changes can manifest themselves in numerous ways, and a sweating problem can be one of those ways.
Try changing your diet to see if you get any relief from your sweating problem before you make a trip to the doctor. Sometimes just a simple change in lifestyle or diet can help you deal with your sweating problem... and you may find that there are other health benefits to be had also, just with a simple lifestyle change.
